This method focuses on understanding rhythms in relation to tempo and different phrasing. Each part begins with a clear and complete foundation, followed by an extremely methodical, comparative and step-by-step presentation of all the new techniques. Real drum scores that sum up the material in song form are inserted every twenty pages. To study this method, a prior knowledge of music theory is not necessary. After a summary of the basic music theory, the new rhythms are introduced gradually, which makes it possible to learn rhythmic reading very gradually. The rhythms, fills and scores are mixed, gradually increasing in difficulty, such that a beginner drummer can start playing in a group from the very beginning. More experienced drummers can start the method at any place depending on their level. A logical presentation requires little explanatory text and makes it easy to understand quickly in that each subject is presented on one or two pages to avoid having to leaf through the book. This method has four volumes. Although they are connected by a progressive common thread, each volume can also be approached separately and is suitable for both beginners and more advanced drummers.

Cette méthode est axée sur la compréhension des rythmes par rapport au tempo et en différents phrasés. Chaque partie commence par une base claire et complète, suivie d’une présentation extrêmement méthodique, comparative et pas à pas de toutes les nouvelles techniques. De vraies partitions de batterie qui résument la matière en forme de chanson sont insérées toutes les vingt pages. Pour étudier cette méthode, une connaissance préalable du solfège n’est pas nécessaire. Après un résumé de la théorie musicale de base, les nouveaux rythmes sont introduits graduellement, ce qui permet d'apprendre la lecture rythmique très progressivement. Les rythmes, fills et partitions sont mélangés en gagnant peu à peu en difficulté. Ainsi un batteur débutant peut commencer à jouer dans un groupe dès les premières pages. Les batteurs plus expérimentés peuvent entamer la méthode à tout endroit selon leur niveau. La présentation logique nécessite peu de texte d’explication et rend le tout facile à comprendre rapidement. Chaque sujet est présenté sur une ou deux pages pour éviter de devoir feuilleter. Cette méthode comporte quatre tomes. Bien qu'ils soient reliés par un fil conducteur progressif, chaque tome peut également être abordé séparément et convient autant pour les débutants que pour des batteurs plus avancés.
