"트로크네 블루멘"(말린 꽃)은 1823년 가을에 작곡된 "아름다운 뮐러린"(D 795) 연작의 열여덟 번째 곡입니다. 그해 여름 뮐러의 모든 곡이 출판되기 전인 1824년 1월, 플루트와 피아노를 위한 주제와 변주곡 E단조가 작곡되었고, 이 곡은 무게감 있는 도입부가 서두를 장식하고 있습니다.
