사용하기 전에 잘 흔들어 주십시오. 매번 사용하기 전에 깨끗한 천으로 안쪽 슬라이드를 닦고 바깥쪽 슬라이드는 트롬본전용 스왑으로 으로 닦습니다. 슬라이드 튜브당 2~3인치(5~7cm)정도 길게 끝부분에 바릅니다. 한 번에 한 슬라이드씩 위, 아래, 좌우로 고르게 펴 바릅니다. 슬라이드가 뻣뻣해지기 시작하면 튜브당 한 방울씩 더 바르거나 슬라이드를 깨끗이 닦은 후 다시 바르세요. 미스트를 뿌릴 필요는 없습니다(또는 미스트를 아주 적게 뿌려도 됩니다). 최상의 상태로 유지하려면 하루나 이틀에 한 번씩 새로 바르세요.
